4th July 2020 - Dunwich Dynamo Cycle Challenge
The Dunwich Dynamo Cycle Challenge is a 120 mile-ish overnight cycle ride from Hackney, London to Dunwich Beach on the Suffolk Coast in time for the Sunrise.
This will be a totally unsupported ride, no mechanics, no feed stations, no support vehicles, literally just Matt and his bike. Anything could happen under the full moon.
Matt and his wife Lisa have a lovely son called Christopher who has been affected by PANS and you can read his story here.
Matt’s employer has very generously agreed to match 100% of ALL donations raised, so it really doesn’t matter how much or how little you can afford to give, every penny you give is worth double to PANS PANDAS UK. If you are a UK tax payer, then please tick the box for Gift Aid too, as this will increase the donation by an additional 50% (with the match funding) so please do give what you can.

1st August 2020 - 3 Peaks, 24 hour Challenge
Matt will be climbing the 3 highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales all within 24 hours. In short, Matt will undertake 23 miles of hiking with an overall ascent of more than 10,000 feet!

13th September 2020 - Edinburgh Kiltwalk
Lyn Rae and Pauline Caldwell are taking part in their 14th Kiltwalk, and their 3rd Kiltwalk for PANS PANDAS UK. They will walk the 24 mile ‘Mighty Stride’ at the Edinburgh Kiltwalk 2020 in order to raise awareness of these conditions to the public and medical professionals.
Lyn’s nephew has been affected by this life changing condition and it took far too long for him to receive a diagnosis and the treatment that he needed.
One of the wonderful things about the Kiltwalk is that for all funds raised by each walker, The Hunter Foundation will increase the donation by 50%, so for every £1 donated, £1.50 will be given to the charity.
