Through online and in-person support groups, we encourage connections, allowing families to share experiences and provide emotional support. We will share patient information and resources with our community, both digitally and in print, to help improve understanding and reduce anxiety. We will work to unite this community of people who feel isolated and alone, helping them to be more resilient and better-informed in the face of the difficulties these life-changing illnesses bring.
