Community support
Regional Support Groups
PANS and PANDAS can be really isolating. Why not pop along and meet other families for a cuppa and a chat?
Currently, we meet in Scotland, the Northeast, Yorkshire, Staffordshire and Cornwall.

We are always looking to set up more in-person groups. If you are interested in setting one up near you, please get in touch, and we will help you every step of the way
Virtual support group
Join this friendly online parent-led support group which meets every fortnight on Zoom. We meet every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 8.30pm.
Simply select the relevant date on our calendar to register and access the log in details.
Private Facebook support group
Our PANS PANDAS UK private Facebook Support Group is run by our volunteers. It provides a safe, confidential space for parents and carers to support each other, share information and make connections.
